Return Policy
We design every piece so you can wear it out. If something misses the mark, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking.
After 30 days, all sales are final.
2. Eligibility Checklist
To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and unaltered. Items must be free of deodorant marks, stains, odors, pet hair, or damage. Items must also be in their original packaging with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Final sale items are not eligible for return.
3. Return Fees
Returns are subject to a $7.99 flat rate return shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee.
Both fees will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping fees are not eligible for refund.
4. How to Start a Return
You can start a return by logging into your Tailspin Supply Co. customer account and requesting a return through the portal.
You can also email returns@tailspinsupplyco.com with your order number and the item or items you’d like to return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to let you know if your refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the $7.99 return shipping fee and 10% restocking fee.
Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and request an exchange.
Once the return is received, we will process the exchange.
Exchanges are free.
7. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
8. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, or items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged, or returned without original tags and packaging.
