Return Policy

We design every piece so you can wear it out. If something misses the mark, choose the return option that fits you best.

1. Return Window

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking.

  • After 30 days, all sales become final.

2. Eligibility Checklist

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered (no deodorant marks or campfire smells).

  • In original packaging with tags attached.

  • Regular-priced. Sale, clearance, or “last-call” items are non-returnable.

3. Two Return Options

Refund to Original Payment Return label cost deducted from refund. Typical fee $7–$10.

Refund issued to your original payment method after we process the return.

 

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email returns@tailspinsupplyco.com with your order number and the item(s) coming back. Let us know if you choose Store Credit or Refund and

  2. Print the prepaid label we send.

  3. Drop the package at any USPS location within 7 days of receiving the label.

5. Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect the item (3–5 business days), we’ll email your gift card or process your refund minus shipping cost.

6. Exchanges
  • Place a new order right away using store credit, or

  • Tell us in your return request and we can hold the item for you until the original is back in our hands.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or made-to-order gear

  • Gift cards

  • Mystery tees or grab-bags

  • Items marked “final sale” at checkout
